Warranty (2 years): Full coverage against manufacturer defects — parts and labor at no charge — for two years from date of purchase.
Extended Parts Support (5 years): Because we build every 5C by hand in Nashville and stock every component, we guarantee availability of replacement parts at cost for five years. Send it back, we'll fix it, you pay only for parts.
The warranty covers manufacturer defects — it does not cover damage from misuse, accident, or unauthorized modification. To make a claim, email info@auratoneaudio.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will make it right.
